From April 24 to April 26, 2018, the expert commission on the regular accreditation of the direction of preparation worked at the Kherson State University. 6.040203 Physics * RVO "Bachelor" consisting of:
Chairman of the Committee Peleshchak Roman Mikhailovich, Head of the Department of Physics, Drohobych State Pedagogical University named after Ivan Franko, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor;
Menderecki Vadim Vladislavovich, professor of the methodology of teaching physics and disciplines of the technological educational branch of the Kamyanets-Podilsky National University named after Ivan Ogienko, doctor of pedagogical sciences.
During the expert examination, comprehensive control works were conducted on the cycle of disciplines of the humanities and socio-economic training (discipline "Philosophy (philosophy, religion, logic, ethics and aesthetics)", "Ukrainian language (for professional orientation)", "Foreign language") ; from the cycle of disciplines of natural sciences (fundamental) training (disciplines "Mathematical analysis", "Theory of probabilities and mathematical statistics", "Optics"); from the cycle of disciplines of special (professional) training (disciplines "Mathematical methods of physics", "Methodology of teaching physics", "Pedagogics") Deviations of the consequences of control measurements from normative indicators of success were not revealed.
Also, members of the expert commission visited the Kherson State University museum, the laboratory of robotics of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, were present at the evening observation of the Moon at the Astronomical Observatory of the Department of Physics and its teaching methods, and participated in the students' scientific and practical conference "STEM - education as a direction of modernization methods of teaching natural and mathematical disciplines in secondary and higher educational establishments ".
Peleshchak Roman Mikhailovich conducted an open lecture for students and faculty of the faculty on the topic "Nanotechnology and neural networks."
