Kherson State University

From May 23 to May 29, 2018, the head of the department, associate professor Elena Nikolayevna Gasyuk and associate professor of the department Beschnyny Sergiy Pavlovich were trained at the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan, Poland. The internship was conducted within the framework of the Erasmus + program, according to an agreement signed between our universities.

Erasmus + is a non-profit program of the European Union for the exchange of students and teachers between universities of the European Union member states, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Norway, Turkey. The program provides the opportunity to study, study or teach in another participating country.

Two internships were conducted:

1. Teaching, the purpose of which was the exchange of experience teaching special courses in biological disciplines.

2. Administrative - to study the experience of organizing the educational process at the Adam Mickiewicz University and to establish contacts and networking with partners to improve the quality of educational services.

During the internship, the following events were carried out:

1. Meeting with the head and staff of the international cooperation department;

2. Joint meeting of coordinators and project participants from Poland, Ukraine and Turkey;

3. Introduction to the management of the biology faculty of biology at the university. Adam Mickiewicz;

4. A lecture was held for teachers and students of the faculty on the theme "Hundred Years of the Kherson State University: Achievements and Future" SP Bescharyn;

5. Conducted open lectures for students on modern areas of research in the physiology of humans and animals and the molecular systematics of plants;

6. A joint seminar was held at the Department of Animal Physiology of the Biological Faculty, where the main directions of research of the Department of Human Biology and Immunology of the KSU were presented and an exchange of thoughts on the search for topics for joint scientific projects was held;

7. A meeting on new methods of teaching and organization of educational work at the Biological Faculty of Poznań University was held. Adam Mickiewicz and KSU;

We also got acquainted with the laboratory of molecular technologies, genetic, physiological, biochemical and other laboratories of the faculty.

Within the limits of the visit there were several excursions: to the botanical garden; ethnographic park with ecological route; Museum of Natural Sciences Collections of the Faculty of Geography.

Consequently, the internship program specified in the additional internship agreement is fully implemented.

The following results were obtained: The exchange of experience and ideas in the organization of administrative work at the department, faculty was carried out. Acquainted with the experience of using new educational approaches (tyuning, E-lerning, etc.), the peculiarities of the organization of educational process at the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznan were determined. Agreements have been reached on deepening cooperation in academic exchanges, scientific work.

The exchange of experience in the teaching of special courses for students of biological specialties (such courses as the cellular basis of hematopoiesis, the basis of laboratory practice, molecular genetic studies in the field of biology, etc.) and the ideas in organizing independent work for biologists students.
