Meeting of FCSPM Students with the Rector and Vice-Rectors of KSU
Today, November 28, our students and lecturers met with KSU Rector Oleksandr Spivakovsky, First Vice-Rector Serhii Omelchuk, and Vice-Rector for Digitalization, Innovation, Investment Activities, and Scientific-Pedagogical Work Oleksandr Lemeshchuk.
This meeting became a bright conclusion to the in-person study week, filled with lectures, discussions, and excursions.

Today, November 27, as part of the in-person study week, Vitaliy Novoselskyi, a PhD student in Software Engineering (Specialty F2) and a Full Stack Developer, held a lecture on the topic "The Anatomy of Firmware (Software) of Home Devices."
The lecture focused on demystifying embedded systems and exploring the practical aspects of security for Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

"10 Commandments in the Digital Age": A Lecture That United Universities, Generations, and Views

On November 26, the lecture "10 Commandments in the Digital Age. Soft Skills 5.0" was held, delivered by Maksym Oleksandrovych Vinnyk, Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.
The event took place as part of the in-person study week and gathered not only students of the FCSPM of KSU but also students of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, as well as PhD students and lecturers from both universities.
The topic of the lecture proved to be simultaneously modern, sharp, and debatable.

FCSPM Students Visit the SoftServe IT Company Office

Today, November 26, 2025, students of the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics had the opportunity to take a tour of SoftServe, a Ukrainian IT company specializing in software development and consulting services.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce students to the real working atmosphere of the industry and the modern requirements for specialists. A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to discussing the hard and soft skills necessary for a successful career start.
