IT Technologies for Barrier-Free Access
On April 23, 2026, a meeting was held dedicated to the issues of inclusion and the use of Braille in the educational environment.
The keynote speakers were representatives of our faculty: Elvira Andriiv, a 2nd-year student majoring in Software Engineering, under the supervision of Maksym Poltoratskyi, PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering and Assistant to the Rector for Strategic Issues.

Professor of the AGMA Department Delivered a Lecture for Teachers of the Kherson Region
On April 20, 2026, Valerii Ivanovych Kuzmych, Associate Professor of the Department of Algebra, Geometry, and Mathematical Analysis and Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, delivered a lecture for physics and mathematics teachers of the Kherson region. The lecture was titled: "Designing a Modern Educational Process for Physics Studies through the Integration of Natural Sciences and Mathematics." The session was attended by 24 teachers.

Meeting with Students of Komyshany Secondary School No. 26
On April 16, faculty members of the Department of Algebra, Geometry, and Mathematical Analysis held an online event for graduating students of the Komyshany General Secondary School of I-III Degrees No. 26 (Kherson City Council). The meeting focused on the presentation of the "Secondary Education (Mathematics and Computer Science)" educational program. This event served as a platform to discuss the advantages of studying at Kherson State University (KSU) and the professional prospects of becoming a teacher of mathematics and informatics.

On Monday, April 13, 2026, students of the Kherson Academic Lyceum attended a landmark meeting with Vitaliy Kobets, an alumnus of the Lyceum and currently a Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering of Kherson State University. The lecture topic — "Augmenting Human Intelligence with AI within Ethical Boundaries" — sparked significant interest among prospective applicants planning to pursue careers in Information Technology.

9 квітня в межах тижня очних занять на факультеті комп’ютерних наук, фізики та математики відбулася серія заходів, в межах яких викладачі та здобувачі освіти ХДУ разом із колегами з КНУ занурилися у світ фундаментальної науки, інтелектуальних систем та нестандартних математичних задач.

Штучний інтелект та кібербезпека: третій день очного навчання на ФКНФМ
Третій день тижня очного навчання для студентів ФКНФМ був присвячений найактуальнішим темам сучасності - штучному інтелекту та кібербезпеці. Здобувачі ХДУ разом із колегами з КНУ мали змогу подискутувати про те, як змусити нейромережі працювати на себе та як не стати жертвою високотехнологічних шахраїв. Обговорення відбулися у межах відкритих лекцій, що об’єднали теоретичні знання з практичними кейсами ІТ-індустрії. Лекторами виступили викладач кафедри комп'ютерних наук та програмної інженерії, аспірант Дмитро Кльонов та аспірант Олег Риснюк.

Leadership and Charisma: A Public Lecture by Oleksandr Spivakovskiy
On April 7, as part of the on-campus learning week, students, PhD candidates, and faculty members of the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics at Kherson State University (KSU), alongside colleagues and students from Precarpathian National University, had the unique opportunity to attend a public lecture by the Rector of KSU, Oleksandr V. Spivakovsky, titled "Leadership and Charisma: A New Context of Harmony."
