014.09 (A4.09) Secondary Education (Computer Science). Bachelor’s Degree:  іnformatics teacher, economics teacher, leader of the robotics and programming group.

E5 (104) Physics and Astronomy (Modeling of Physical Processes and Internet of Things Technologies). Bachelor’s Degree: Specialist in the Field of Physical Research and Engineering.

    The World of IT and Science is Calling: Career Orientation for Lyceum #5 9th Graders

    That is why today, November 27, representatives of the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics met with 9th-grade students of Ivano-Frankivsk Lyceum No. 5.

    With the 10th and 11th grades still ahead, the students have the perfect opportunity to make a deliberate and conscious choice about their future profession—without any rush.

    "10 Commandments in the Digital Age": A Lecture That United Universities, Generations, and Views

    On November 26, the lecture "10 Commandments in the Digital Age. Soft Skills 5.0" was held, delivered by Maksym Oleksandrovych Vinnyk, Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.

    The event took place as part of the in-person study week and gathered not only students of the FCSPM of KSU but also students of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, as well as PhD students and lecturers from both universities.

    The topic of the lecture proved to be simultaneously modern, sharp, and debatable.

    FCSPM Students Visit the SoftServe IT Company Office

    Today, November 26, 2025, students of the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics had the opportunity to take a tour of SoftServe, a Ukrainian IT company specializing in software development and consulting services.

    The purpose of the visit was to introduce students to the real working atmosphere of the industry and the modern requirements for specialists. A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to discussing the hard and soft skills necessary for a successful career start.

    The Future of the IT Industry: A Lecture During Face-to-Face Learning Week

    Dmytro Klonov, a PhD student majoring in Software Engineering (Specialty 121), delivered a lecture titled "The Future Profession in IT" for applicants and IT students from Kherson State University and Carpathian National University.

    The session outlined key trends in the development of the modern digital industry and highlighted the most promising fields — ranging from software development to artificial intelligence and data analytics.
