The submissions will be evaluated by at least three members of the international program committee. Several degrees of acceptance will be applied:
- The papers with the highest evaluation scores that will be published in the international proceedings volume
- The papers with moderate evaluation scores that will be published in the Special Issue of the Ukrainian Scientific Journal or Magazine:

- «Information Technology in Education» on scientific, methodical, organizational and technological challenges of creating and using information and communication technologies in the management of higher and secondary educational institutions, educational software applications; distance learning systems, continuous training and retraining for Informatics.
- The extended abstracts with acceptable evaluation scores that will be published in the Conference Abstract Volume by the local Ukrainian publisher
