(Year of title conferment – 2013). 
Yurii Bieliaiev - Rector of KSU (1996-2011), PhD in Philology, Professor, Advisor to the Rector, Excellence in Education of Ukraine, Honoured Worker of Education of Ukraine, Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences, Honorary Professor of the Jan Długosz University (Poland), Honorary Member of the International Slavic Academy of Education named after J.A. Comenius. Awarded the Orders of Merit, III degree and "Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Volodymyr the Great", the Medal of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine ‘K.D.
