The Contractual Department is a structural unit of the university, which reports directly to the vice-rector for financial, economic and scientific-pedagogical work.
The Department is managed by its head.
Andriy Bogdanovich is the head of the Contractual Department.

Tatyana Goncharenko – a specialist of the 2-nd category;
Irina Kachur – a leading economist;
Svitlana Plesetskaya – a leading specialist;

Irina Irzhemska – a leading specialist.
The main tasks of the Department are:
• Making business agreements, including tenders.
• Making the agreements for reimbursement of balancer expenses.
• Forming an annex to the University's annual procurement plan for the year and making changes (if necessary) by redistributing funds between the codes of procurement items in accordance with the decision of the University Tender Committee.
• Making study contracts and additional agreements with full-time and part-time students, including foreigners studying at the expense of legal entities or individuals’ funds.
• Making contracts on training specialists with higher education at the expense of the state budget.
• Conducting pretentious work (in agreement with the Juridical Department) to ensure the restoration of the violated rights and interests of KSU and to facilitate the fulfillment of contractual obligations by contractors in the fields of activity of the University.
• Making the agreements for paid services by the University.
