Mission: we form an interdisciplinary expert view on the natural, environmental, social and economic consequences of the military actions and the Kakhovka reservoir disaster, provide long-term and constructive scientific support for post-war and post-catastrophic transformations of nature and economy, propose approaches to biodiversity conservation in the context of climate change and military actions, and promote a policy of transparent and open scientific discourse and knowledge dissemination.
