Second higher education through the voucher program
You can get a training voucher by submitting an application on the website of the State Employment Service.
Who can receive a voucher:
1. persons aged 45+
2. veterans (demobilized)
3. persons with disabilities
4. internally displaced persons
5. discharged from military service
6. persons who have been found to have been deprived of their personal liberty as a result of military aggression against Ukraine
7. persons who have been injured, contused, mutilated or ill as a result of military aggression in Ukraine
