Often, clinical activity is limited to performing only one (examination) or two, three, four other components, for example, conducting an examination (examination), evaluation, determination of rehabilitation diagnosis and prognosis, but without intervention. Clinical activity is carried out in medical and rehabilitation institutions and involves participation in the establishment of a rehabilitation diagnosis and the implementation of a rehabilitation program. It covers interventions during acute conditions, functional recovery, support for results, prevention of dysfunction. The patient is referred directly to the physical therapist by the attending physician. Directing contains a list of problems that are within the competence of the physical therapist.
