All the submitted materials (articles, abstracts) will be reviewed by conference program committee. Any contribution must be accompanied with publication (article or abstract). Materials will be reviewed according to:
- compliance with the conference topic;
- actuality and novelty of presented results;
- scientific grounding.
Articles selected by program committee will be published in a special issue of the journal «Informational Technologies in Education» (pedagogical sciences) on scientific, methods, organizational, and technological issues of development and implementation
- information and communication technologies in management of higher and secondary educational institutions;
- educational software;
- distance-learning systems;
- life-long and in-service training in Computer Science/Informatics.

Abstracts of the articles will be published in the digest of conference materials. It should be no more than 500 symbols, including punctuation and intervals. Annotation must be presented in Ukrainian, Russian and English by Ukrainian authors; in Russian and English by the authors from other CIS countries; in English by the authors from other countries.
Contributions
Speakers who are not interested in submitting article must submit abstract for publishing in the digest of conference materials. Text of the abstract in each language should not exceed one page, format А-4, font– Times New Roman, size – 10 pt, spacing – single, margins: top – 6 сm, left, right and bottom - 4 cm.
Abstracts selected by the competitive will be published in the Digest of conference materials and will be included in the work program of the conference. Abstract should be submitted: for Ukrainian authors in Ukrainian (Russian) and English; for the authors from other countries – in English only.
All the materials submitted in time and in accordance with the conference topics will be published on the Web-site of Kherson State University in the section dedicated to the conference.
