Doctoral studies are provided on a full-time basis at the expense of the state budget and funds of individuals and legal entities.
Leading scientific and pedagogical staff, mainly doctors of science and professors, provide academic advising and educational process. Research activities of postgraduate and doctoral students are carried out in accordance with the directions of research of scientific supervisors and research programs of scientific schools of Kherson State University.
