"Tastes of Kherson region" 

The social project was initiated by teachers of the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business of KSU with the participation of leading managers of restaurants, chefs, bartenders of Kherson region in September 2020

The mission of this project: revival of traditions of the Ukrainian culinary art and prestige of professions of sphere of restaurant economy of the Kherson region

4. Within the framework of the project "Tastes of Kherson region" a master class on preparation of local seasonal products took place. This time the main product was pumpkin. It is nice that the chef Andre Ruptanov Andrew, our bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant business, told our students about the types and features of cooking pumpkin, pumpkin cream soup, pumpkin salad and feta cheese.
