Kherson State University is a higher educational institution of the IV level of accreditation, which has been operating in Kherson since 1917. It is one of the oldest and most powerful universities in the South of Ukraine.
KSU is a multidisciplinary scientific-pedagogical and cultural-educational center, where full-time and part-time education is carried out. The contingent of students is about six thousand people from different parts of Ukraine and other countries.
The material and technical base includes 6 educational buildings, 3 dormitories, a library, 2 assembly halls, a swimming pool, 4 sports halls, training workshops, art and choreographic halls, specialized classrooms and laboratories.
