The purpose of creating a problem group is to involve applicants in research activities, participation in scientific and student competitions, scientific and practical national and international conferences, round tables, creating conditions for creative growth of future lawyers. The head of the circle is associate professor of the Department of Public and International Law and Law Enforcement Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Olena Yuriyivna Volkovych.
The group consists of 16 students of the Faculty of History and Law.
On February 5 - 7, 2020, third-year students Harlanova Alyona and fourth-year student Galunko Oleksandra took part in the first national Student Dispute Resolution Competition 2020, organized by the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (http://www.kspu.edu/PublisherReader.aspx?newsId=11292).
On December 12, 2019, students of the problem group Yavorska Anastasia and Dyachenko Mark took part in the competition organized by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine "UPDATING TAX SERVISE" (http://www.kspu.edu/PublisherReader.aspx?newsId= 11289).
During November 2019 to January 2020. third-year students Harlana Alona and fourth-year student Galunko Oleksandr were trained to participate in the first national Student Competition for Effective Dispute Resolution 2020, organized by the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
In September 2019, a training seminar was held on "Methods of preparation, writing and design of scientific articles."
