Born April 6, 1975 in Kherson. In 1998 he graduated from Kherson State Technical University, majoring in "Accounting and Auditing". Since 1998 he worked as an assistant Department of Accounting and Auditing, Kherson State Agrarian University, and since 2004 assistant professor of accounting and auditing.
In 2002 he defended his thesis at the Council of Productive Forces of Ukraine, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on "The formation of small businesses in the region and support its development", specialty 08.10.01 - Accommodation of productive forces and regional economy.
Title assistant professor of accounting and auditing in 2004 awarded the certification decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
In 2011 he defended his doctoral thesis on "The development of farms are already competitive environment factors: theory, methodology, practice" specialty 08.00.04 - economics and management of enterprises (by economic activity).
In 2013 Mohnenko AS awarded the rank of professor of business economics.
Since September 2006, is an assistant professor of business economics at Kherson State University.
From 2011 to the present Head of the Department of Economics of Enterprise.
Andrew S. is the author of 2 monographs, 3 textbooks, more than 80 scientific articles and 25 guidelines.
