In 1999 he graduated from Kherson State Technical University, majoring in "Finance" and qualification Specialist in Finance and Credit.
From 1999 to 2000 worked-term contract in Novokakhovska Polytechnic Institute.
From 2000 to 2009 worked at Kherson State Agrarian University in the department "Finance".
In 2005 he defended his thesis in Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian University on "State regulation of investment activity in a market development of the agricultural sector."
From 2009 to date working in Kherson State University in the department "Business Economics".
