Within the laboratory it is possible to implement training through research, a common method is practical-theoretical collaboration. The application of the method allows to organize lectures-demonstrations, master-classes, practice of practical psychotechnologies.
Applicants of the educational process of all levels have the opportunity to implement the results of scientific research in practice, get acquainted and master modern practical technologies in the practice of psychology.
Constant cooperation of the head of the laboratory with modern psychologists, scientists and practitioners, namely Natalia Rubel, Kateryna Milyutina, Vlad Zubchenko, Evgeny Potapchuk, Natalia Podolyak, Tatiana Tsukanova, Ruslana Anatolievna Moroz, Evgenia Kurchenko, Svetlana Revenko, allow the use of modern psychologists, in particular psychological simulators, techniques and technologies in educational and practical application. Studying in the specialty of Psychology, they train and prepare for independent professional self-realization.
On September 23, Olga Kokovikhina, a graduate student, took part in the festive event of the Kherson Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity. The author's questionnaire developed by the graduate student allowed to help the child to choose the circle of his dreams.
The head of the laboratory Svitlana Babatina, took part in the international practical conference "Children's and children's-parent relations", which took place in a remote format, June 18-19, 2021. The conference raised a wide range of issues on the topic, in particular: family traditions as one of the factors stabilizing the family system; how to save yourself and be an effective parent; features of raising a child after parental divorce, etc. Presented reports and workshops are aimed at integrating and balancing the age-old issue of "Parents and Children".

The head of the laboratory, Svitlana Babatina, took part in the international practical conference "Modern methods of work of a psychologist with the family", which took place in a remote format, June 25-26, 2021. The initiators and moderators of the event were the Association of Child and Family Psychologists of Ukraine.
As part of the plan of work of the educational and scientific laboratory of child development "Nadiya" for 2021 in November together with the center of professional development of the teaching staff with the involvement of psychologists, social educators, students and graduate students will hold a regional seminar on "Psychological education of parenthood: the problem is it necessary? ” (remote format). Within the framework of the seminar poster presentations and open discussions on the topic "Curved mirror effect" are a modern problem of general digitalization.
