On March 28, 2025, a final conference was held for applicants of the third (educational and scientific) and second (master's) levels of higher education on industrial practice. The event was attended by: Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, History and Sociology, Head of Industrial Practice of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education Iryna Shaposhnykova, Head of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work, Head of Industrial Practice of the second (master's) level of higher education Serhiy Kostyuchkov, Head of the Social and Psychological Service of KhSU Darya Domanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work, Member of the Examination Committee Volodymyr Hurich. Applicants reported on their industrial practice with presentation materials, and shared their impressions of the week of full-time practice in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk. The internship took place in several time-spatial dimensions: on the basis of the Ivano-Frankivsk office of KhSU, in the format of trainings on the basis of the social and psychological service of KhSU, at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work, as well as in the Executive Committee of the Center for Providing Social Services of the Burshtyn City Council "Trust", in the Executive Committee of the Novomykolaiv Village Council of Skadovsk District of Kherson Region (Ivano-Frankivsk), in the Chornohuziv Lyceum of the Vyzhytsky District of Chernivtsi Region. According to the results of the reports, the applicants received high-level grades.

On February 21, 2025, as part of a week of full-time study at the Faculty of Psychology, History and Sociology, in particular as part of industrial practice, 1st year students of the second (master's) level of higher education of the educational program "Social Work" visited the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation "CARITAS Ivano-Frankivsk". Future specialists in the social sphere had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the specifics of the work of a non-governmental organization that provides various types of social assistance to the needy population. The Center's social manager, Yana Oryshyn, introduced the projects that are being implemented in the city and region under both state and non-state funding programs ("Caritas"). Special attention was paid to the case management of a social work specialist to provide social assistance to IDPs and developed a map of client needs. The master's students sincerely thanked the specialists of the charitable foundation for the interesting stories and acquaintance. They are confident that the experience of working with this charitable organization will be useful in the future professional life of future social work specialists.

Work based on the Social Policy Department of the Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.
The second part of the day was devoted to work at the Department of Social Policy of the Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council. After a presentation meeting with the director of the department, Vasyl Semanyuk, the first-year students of the second (master's) level of higher education, together with the associate professor of the department, Volodymyr Hurich, moved on to work in the specialized department. During a working meeting with Iryna Kunitsyna, head of the department for ensuring the implementation of city social programs of the Department of Social Policy, they learned about the procedure for submitting and considering social projects for the city community. During a lively, meaningful conversation, Roman Patrygura and Oleksandr Skorokhod, using the example of their qualification work topics, discussed ways to implement them in the realities of a modern city community. Based on the results of the work, additional consultation meetings were agreed upon.

On February 17, the week of full-time study began at the Faculty of Psychology, History and Sociology
This time, first-year master's students of the specialty 231 Social Work arrived in Ivano-Frankivsk for practical training.
The head of the practice of the specialty 231 Social Work Volodymyr Hurich outlined the plans for the week: this is the Workshop "Artificial Intelligence for the Scientific Work of Applicants", and an excursion to the Department of Social Policy of the Executive Committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, and a visit to the Charitable Foundation "Caritas Ivano-Frankivsk": familiarization with the methods and forms of the foundation's work. And also very intensive work on studying and compiling documentation for a professional social worker and super-intensive work on the basis of the social and psychological service of the KhSU.
We are grateful to the university management for the opportunity to conduct practical training in person, because a live exchange of experience is the most important motivator in further work. And also to partners from the PNU named after Vasyl Stefanyk for the opportunity to work in real life based on their audiences.

On February 3, 2025, the department's applicants began internships, namely: pre-diploma internship for applicants of the 4th year of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of full-time and part-time forms of study in the specialty "Social Work"; industrial internship for applicants of the 1st year of higher education of the second (master's) level of higher education of full-time form of study in the specialty "Social Work"; educational internship for applicants of the 3rd year of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of full-time form of study in the specialty "Social Work"; educational internship for applicants of the 2nd year of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of full-time form of study in the specialty "Sociology"; educational internship for applicants of the 2nd year of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of full-time form of study in the specialty "Social Work". An orientation conference was held. All applicants received assignments.

On November 20, 2024, an orientation conference on industrial practice for the 4th year of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 231 Social Work was held. The social and psychological service of KhSU will serve as the base for practice. The conference was attended by graduates of group 411 of the specialty "Social Work" of the full-time form of study, the head of the social and psychological service of KhSU Domanchuk Darya Serhiivna and the head of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work Kostyuchkov Serhiy Karpovich.

On November 12, 2024, a final conference on pre-diploma practice was held for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the part-time form of study. Reports on the practice were submitted on time, in full. The evaluation committee consisting of the head of the department, Prof. Kostyuchkov S.K. and member of the department, Assoc. Prof. Gurich V.O. announced their assessments to the applicants. Summing up the results, Kostyuchkov S.K. noted the sufficiently high quality of the work, thematic diversity and practical orientation.
On November 11, 2024, a final conference on industrial practice for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the correspondence form of study was held. The practice bases were institutions and organizations related to the implementation of state social policy, namely: Bilshivtsi village council of Ivano-Frankivsk district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, Territorial center of social services (provision of social services) of Verkhovyna village council of Ivano-Frankivsk region, KP "Center for the provision of social services" (village of Pishchana, Podilsky district, Odessa region), social and psychological service of KhSU, department of philosophy, sociology and social work of KhSU. Reports on the practice were presented by applicants Hanna Demydyuk, Antonina Drohobytska, Tetyana Shvets. The acting head of the social and psychological service of KhSU Daria Domanchuk and head of the department of philosophy, sociology and social work Serhiy Kostyuchkov spoke on behalf of the practice bases. On behalf of the group, Hanna Demydyuk thanked the university, faculty and department for the professional organization of the educational process, in particular - in terms of internship. According to the results of the internship, all applicants received grades of "excellent" and "good".

On October 14, 2024, an orientation conference on industrial practice for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education was held. The bases of practice will be: the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work, the Social and Psychological Service of KhSU, the Bilshivtsi Village Council of Ivano-Frankivsk District of Ivano-Frankivsk Region, the Territorial Center for Social Services (Provision of Social Services) of the Verkhovyna Village Council of Ivano-Frankivsk Region, the KP "Center for the Provision of Social Services" (village of Pishchana, Podilsky District, Odessa Region), the Yabluniv Village Council of Ivano-Frankivsk Region, the Kuyalnytsia Village Council, the Bilshivtsi Village Council of Ivano-Frankivsk District of Ivano-Frankivsk Region. On December 15, 2023, a final conference on pre-diploma practice was held on an individual basis (according to order No. 42-I of 11.12.23) for applicants of higher education of the second (master's) level of the specialty 231 Social work of the correspondence form of education, which lasted from 11.12.2023 to 15.12. .2023. The basis of practice in the conditions of martial law, in the format of distance learning, was the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Social Work of KhSU, the head of practice was Professor S.K. Kostyuchkov.
The meeting, which took place in the format of a ZOOM conference, was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, History and Sociology, Professor I. V. Shaposhnikova, the Deputy Dean, Associate Professor Shvets T. M., the Head of Practice of the Faculty, Associate Professor G. V. Batenko, the representative of the educational department, O. Gromova .O., specialist of the department of quality assurance of education Kilivnyk O.B. and Tolopka N.I.
Head of practice Professor Kostyuchkov S.K. noted that the tasks of the pre-diploma practice were completed by the applicants in full; the provided reports fully correspond to the purpose of the practice - the accumulation of experience in the practical mastering of the techniques of scientific and research activities, as well as the formation and improvement of professional skills and skills in the implementation of scientific and research activities from various areas of social work.
In their speeches, the winners noted that the practice contributed to a better understanding of modern requirements for writing master's theses, and in a broader sense, to the development of practical skills in research activities in various aspects of social work.

The internship program and individual tasks of the internship manager from the department were completed in full: Lyuta V. took responsibility for the implementation of all internship tasks - remotely familiarizing herself with the activities of one of the social institutions (Kherson Regional Employment Center), namely with regulatory and legal documents , which regulate the activity of a social institution; with the functional responsibilities of those social service specialists whose activities are aimed at social assistance or protection of vulnerable segments of the population; with the legal basis of the activities of social service specialists: Laws of Ukraine, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers and other normative documents; drawing up a list of unprotected categories of the population or clients-objects of providing social assistance or protection of a social institution; compilation of a list of social work technologies, forms and methods of work that are the basis of the content and features of the activities of social service specialists.
In order to get acquainted with the technologies of social work, forms and methods of work, which are the basis of the content and characteristics of the activities of specialists of social institutions, special attention should be paid to the successful completion of training by the acquirer Lyuta V. and the receipt of a certificate from the online course "How do specialists of employment centers work with veterans and understand their military experience" on the Prometheus platform. The reporting documentation is prepared at the appropriate level and submitted for evaluation by the manager within the established deadlines.
The members of the commission unanimously approved the successful completion of the training practice by Lyuta Valeria.
On December 1, 2023, the final conference on industrial practice was held for students of higher education of the second (master's) level of the full-time "Social Work" specialty, which was held for 4 weeks from November 6, 2023 to December 1, 2023.
Basic practice in the conditions of martial law, in the format of distance learning, was the department of philosophy, sociology and social work of KhSU, the head of the practice was professor S.K. Kostyuchkov.
Winners of the 07-211M group Vashchenko Vladlena, Gavrilyuk Galina, Danielyan Lilit and Olena Zyk fully completed the individual practice tasks, namely: developed training for representatives of a specific category of the population in need of social protection; developed a memorial for an internally displaced person who found himself in a difficult life situation; developed an instructional note for a social work specialist "How to provide remote consultation services under martial law?"; drew up a plan for social counseling of a veteran (veteran) of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The commission consisting of Professor Kostyuchkov S.K. and associate professor Shvets T. M. highly appreciated the creative achievements of the master's students and wished them success in the final stage of their studies.
2021 - 2022 academic year
During 15.11.2021 - 24.12.2021 sociology students Danielyan L. and Melnikova A. underwent internship at the sociological laboratory of the Kherson regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine (KOO CVU). During the internship, students worked on the results of regional research in OSA software; attended round tables on topics related to regional development.
Student Nedostup V. underwent an internship at the place of official employment - in the state enterprise "Enterprise DKVS of Ukraine (№90)", the sector of marketing, sales and logistics.

On May 18, 2021, within the framework of the 1st regional student scientific conference "Tavrian Sociological Studies", 4th year students majoring in 054 Sociology presented the results of industrial practice - sociological research ("Gender Profile of the Kherson Regional Council").
