The platform was created by the team of Ukrainian co-founding IT company Genesis. As part of Future Perfect, Promova offers Ukrainians free Premium access to 4 English courses for 3 years: General English, Business English, English with TV series and Travel English.

2. Udemy

Online platform for learning and teaching.

3. Coursera

7000+ online courses with free certificates from the world's leading universities and companies. KSU has access to such learning platforms as Udemy and Coursera,  which require registration on the website from your corporate email. Courses are offered in a wide range of categories, including business and entrepreneurship, academic sciences, arts, health and fitness, language, music and technology.

4. Alison

Features: free English courses, including business English, exam preparation, English for healthcare and other purposes.
Proficiency in English: beginner to advanced

5. OpenLearn

Features: English courses in various subjects from the Open University of Great Britain
Proficiency in English: beginner to intermediate

6. Duolingo

Features: іnteractive English lessons, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation practice through games.
Proficiency in English: beginner to intermediate

7. Memrise

Features: learning English with a focus on vocabulary and phrases for everyday communication
Proficiency in English: beginner to intermediate

8. BBC Learning English

The site offers free training courses for different levels.

1. Choose a course.
2. Watch a video lesson.
3. Complete the tasks.

9. British Council Learn English

The site offers video and audio materials and tasks for various purposes, placement tests, as well as paid courses. Registration is required to take the tests. To take courses, you need a paid subscription.

10. EngVid

A site with video lessons for learning English, divided by topics. There are special video lectures for IELTS and TOEFL exam preparation.

11. Academic PhraseBank

A resource for writing academic texts.

12. Grammarly

Ukraine-founded cloud-based typing assistant. It reviews spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, engagement, and delivery mistakes in English texts, detects plagiarism, and suggests replacements for the identified errors.

We are pleased to announce that our university has continued its cooperation with Mariupol State University within the framework of the English4Ukraine project ( funded by the British Charitable Foundation) and will continue to provide Kherson State University with free access to courses on Reallyenglish.com Limited during this semester.

Academic and non-academic staff and students who have not yet received access or have previously applied for free access to one or two selected courses and have completed them can continue their studies on the English4Ukraine platform!

To do this, you should send the following information about yourself to :

📍Full name of the user,
📍Position (for employees)/ Speciality and course (for students),
📍Courses (one or two) on the platform,
📍E-mail (provided by the university). 

Descriptions of the available courses for different levels of language proficiency (from A1 to C2), covering General, Business, Academic English, ESP, IELTS, TOEIC and TOEFL preparation, which are available on the platform for users to choose from, can be found on the project website.
