Project Management Office is the structural division (unit) of KSU, which promotes the introduction of international educational programs, the attraction of additional funding sources and grant support for the implementation of innovative ideas through the commercialization of educational and scientific initiatives of professors, lecturers, students and departments` specialists for further development of their educational, scientific, innovative, international, financial and economic potential.

PMO is subordinate to the vice-rector for financial, economic and scientific-pedagogical work.

Our goals:

·        realization of scientific and educational potential of KSU;

·        development of innovative, scientific, material and technical bases of the University;

·        support of scientists: funding search for training young professionals, search for grants and scholarships after receiving a degree, staff exchange in the research field;

·        promotion of:

- student / university staff exchange programs,

- obtaining a master`s degree at European universities,

- cooperation between national research teams and consortium between the KSU and socio-economic environment;

·        diversification of funding sources for all areas of university activities;

·        transformation of scientific achievements of students, postgraduates, university scientist to the competitive product level with international demand;

·        improvement in planning efficiency and quality of project implementation.

<p >Our functions:

·        monitoring of project requests and grants, constant replenishment of Innovative Ideas Bank and database of developed and implemented projects, creating a list of domestic and international funds and organizations, which provide appropriate financial support;

·        providing organizational and methodological assistance to scientists and project teams at all stages of project implementation:

- search for partners,

- project proposal creating,

- project proposal submitting,

- receiving grants,

- project organization,

- reporting;

·        contribute to practical application and commercialization of products and services created during projects implementation;

·        support for the realization of international programs among students, postgraduate students and researchers (scientists);

·        analysis of the activity and prospects of students`, lecturer`s and professors` project initiatives, involvement of scientific and pedagogical workers to the participation in project teams, active interaction with the International Relations Office in order to expansion of partnership with foreign educational institutions and organizations;

·        facilitating the energy saving and modernization of the University`s physical infrastructure due to grants;

 

·        cooperation with international, national, regional funds and programs as well as with state and public authorities.
