1. History of creation and development of the department.

The department was established in 2020 on the basis of the Department of History and Theory of National and International Law and the Department of Administrative and Economic Law and Law Enforcement.

Currently, the department employs 13 research and teaching staff, including 1 doctor of law, professor - Olga Mykhailivna Pravotorova and 8 candidates of science, including: 3 candidates of law, associate professors - Volkovych Olena Yuriyivna, Kazanchan Andriy Arkadiyovych, Ryzhenko Iryna Mykolayivna, 1 Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor - Zadorozhnya Nadiya Oleksandrivna, 1 Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor - Kaparulin Yuriy Valeriyovych and 3 Candidates of Law - Petrenko Natalia Olehivna, Shperun Khrystyna Vsevolodivna, Tsyganok Serhiy Vasyliovych.

The department has three senior teachers - Zadorozhnya Olena Volodymyrivna, Tomilina Yuliya Yevhenivna, Galagan Olena Yaroslavivna and one assistant - Benitska Alisa Anatoliivna.

 

2. Department today

The main task of the teaching staff of the department is to ensure the teaching of disciplines.

In recent years, the staff of the department has defended 1 candidate's dissertation and 1 doctoral dissertation, published monographs, textbooks, manuals and other research of employees of the department.

Employees of the department are actively involved in providing the educational process at the university managers and practitioners.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department continuously interacts with public authorities and administration, public organizations and other free economic zones according to the profile of the department.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department actively participates in all-Ukrainian and international conferences, attracts applicants to active scientific work.
