Educational Programme «Management»

Management for Business, Projects and Community Recovery

A programme for those who want to manage organisations, teams and projects in the real context of Ukraine: from business to the public sector and the recovery of de-occupied territories. No invented «specialisations» — instead, real management competencies and practice.

Study levels
  • Bachelor in Management
  • Master in Management
The full list of study components is available in the official educational programmes. Here you see a clear explanation of what the programme actually gives you.
Management today

A manager is not about just «sitting with paperwork». It is a person who:

  • organises the work of teams and departments;
  • launches and manages projects;
  • makes decisions under risk and uncertainty;
  • knows how to balance the interests of business, people and the community.

In the programme we combine:

  • management of people, resources and processes;
  • economic thinking and understanding business models;
  • a project-based approach and real-life cases;
  • the use of digital tools for planning and communication.

No sugar-coating: what we teach is actually used in business, public authorities and communities.

Why «Management» at Kherson State University?

  • Context of a de-occupied region: management not in a vacuum, but in the realities of rebuilding Kherson region.
  • Work with cases of real businesses, the university and communities.
  • A mix of management, economics, law and communication.
  • Use of KSU’s own digital platforms (IAS, KSU24, KSU-online).
  • Elective courses that let students go deeper into the topics they actually care about.
  • Opportunities to join faculty and partner projects.
