About the Program

Public Management and Administration

The educational program "Public Management and Administration" is aimed at forming systemic knowledge and practical competencies in the development, implementation, and evaluation of public policy, strategic management, digital governance, public finance, and the organizational and legal support of public service.

The program covers issues of policy analysis, leadership, change management, communications in the public sector, ethics, and human resource management, with special attention to innovative management technologies, e-democracy, and European integration processes.

Thanks to an interdisciplinary approach, graduates are able to effectively act in the face of modern challenges, ensuring the sustainable development of communities, territories, and state institutions.
