Knowledge of a foreign language is the key to success! Learning a foreign language is one of the most important components of a modern, successful person. Knowledge of at least one foreign language expands the worldview, allows you to learn about the culture and customs of another people.
Students are a special state of mind. Years of study at the university leave unforgettable memories. We are waiting for capable and active young people who will do their favorite thing!
• The Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology and Journalism provides specialized training of specialists: teachers of foreign languages and world literature, teachers, translators, specialists in applied linguistics at the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education.
• Students of the Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology and Journalism study English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Turkish.
• The Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology and Journalism maintains close ties with higher education institutions of Ukraine and abroad, in particular, Poland, Germany, Austria, Great Britain: internships, language courses, Linguistic School for students, joint scientific and practical conferences.
• Students of the faculty take an active part in academic mobility programs, have the opportunity to study under the double degree program.
• The infrastructure of Kherson State University is developed for students: modern lecture halls, classrooms of multimedia technologies of foreign language teaching, language classroom, Scientific library, modern gyms, swimming pool, dormitories, youth cafes, medical center.
• Students of the Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology and Journalism have an interesting and rich student life: classes in the Studio of Modern Dance and the Vocal team of the faculty; participation in various creative competitions, festivals, sports competitions; volunteering.
