From 26, July, 2015 till 31, July, 2015 KhersonStateUniversity employees were on a business trip in the city ofPaderborn (Germany). KSU delegation consisted of two persons, the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Science, Human Health and Tourism, Lavrykova Oksana and the senior lecturer of the Chair of Human Health, Vasilyeva Nataliia.
The meeting was also attended by Georgian, Ukrainian partners and project coordinators of the EU. Project partners have discussed the results of students’ researches of educational institutions of Ukraine andGeorgia (July 2015) in the framework of the project TEMPUS 4-CruiseT. The Dean Lavrykova Oksana has presented the presentation and discussed the results of field research in theKherson region. Also Mrs. Lavrykova Oksana has identified priority tasks for the regional center for tourism development. The cooperation with the regional tourism industry was shown.
Within the coordination meeting of the TEMPUS project 4-CruiseT the organization and methodological support of training process at the University ofPaderborn was studied. Also our working group has been studying the experience of quality improving of university management by means of modern information technology.
Lectures of KhersonStateUniversity with the working group from theUniversity ofPaderborn,BatumiStateMaritimeAcademy andNationalMaritimeAcademy inOdessa have been studying tourist attractions of the region ofPaderborn andDetmold (Monastery Dahlheim, Open-Air Museum Detmold, Externsteine, Hermannsdenkmal, Schloss Neuhaus). The participants got acquainted with their infrastructure and with the complex of marketing services. During the research and practice meeting system knowledge about content, organization principles and competences of design and implementation of tourism services inGermany have been formed.
The issues concerning the organization and holding of the Summer Tourism Schools from September, 5, 2015 till September, 13, 2015 at the KhersonStateUniversity have been clarified.
