From April 18th, 2015 till April 26th, 2015 members of the Faculty of Natural Science, Human Health and Tourism of Kherson State University were on a business trip in Bulgaria (the town of Varna). KSU delegation consisted of four people: Senior Lecturer Natalia Vasylieva, the lecturer Yanina Vasylevska, Associate Professor of Tourism Chair Sharko Vitalii and Andrii Kuzmin.

Scientists participated in the coordination meeting of the project "543681-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-DE-TEMPUS-JPHES-CruiseT» as for the creation of a network of competence centers for the development of cruise tourism in the Black Sea region (Georgia and Ukraine). Under this project they visited Free University of Varna (the town of Varna) “Chernorizets Hrabar” (the town of Varna). Presentations of the Rector of the University Anna Nedialkova were represented to the participants of the meeting and invited representatives of the tourism industry of Bulgaria.
The delegation of the faculty took an active part in the international project. Senior Lecturer N.O.Vasylyeva presented the results of the work under the project Tempus 4 CruiseT. Also, the delegation had the opportunity to participate in master classes (workshops), divided into four sections:
- Development of destinations and their management as a direction for the economic sustainability of tourism;
- Development of destinations in the health tourism, eco-tourism and event tourism;
- The quality of service in the field of hospitality;
- The media in tourism and hospitality.
The participants discussed the organizational issues of the next meeting of the project participants Kherson State University from September 6th till September 13th, 2015.
Project participants are confident that the upcoming meeting will provide an opportunity to strengthen and expand the external international relations of Kherson State University with foreign partners.
