On May, 19 the EU projects fair, devoted to celebration of Europe Days in Ukraine, has was held in the conference room of “Optima” hotel in Kherson. Representatives of Kherson State University also have taken part in this event, namely: the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Communication Technologies of KSU Oksana Lavrykova, the Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Science, Human Health and Tourism Vasylieva Nataliia, the Associate Professor Vitalii Sharko and also the second and third years students (Field of study "Tourism").
At the fair there were representatives of Department of External Economic Activity, Tourism and Resorts of Kherson Regional State Administration, Skadovsk regional administration, public associations and project managers.
The meeting was opened with welcome speeches to guests by the Deputy Head of Regional State administration Oleksandr Adamchyk and Nicholas Berdzh, the Head of Trade and Economic Department of the EU Delegation in Ukraine.
During the fair the following projects have been presented: "The purposes and achievements of the EU / UNDP Project "Community based approach to local development-III" in the Kherson region"; "From the public initiative to real changes in community"; EU project "The Ukrainian regional platform of public initiatives"; "Consulting support of small and medium business on the part of EBRD"; "Creation and implementation of the state monitoring system of finances "The Open Budget".
The Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Science, Human Health and Tourism Vasylieva Nataliia has held the presentation about the purposes, primary objectives and obtained results of the international project Tempus CruiseT, as also has noticed further steps for its implementation.
Also Olga Nikolska, the Member of Executive Board of Professional Fundraising Institute, has provided the training: "How to receive EU grant support? Preparing successful project proposal".
