From March, 16 till March, 18 2016 in the framework of project «Теmpus CruiseT» the foreign experts held the series of professional trainings concerning the theory and practice of tourist sphere development and industry of hospitality in Kherson and Skadovsk for hoteliers, restaurateurs and students.
On the basis of the Kherson hotel and restaurant complex «Bordо» (on March, 16) and Skadovsk hotel «Admiral» (on March, 17) Professor of the University of Ravensburg Wolfgang Fuchs, Professor of University of Paderborn, Viacheslav Nikitin and the manager of complex «Bordo» Viktoriia Starynska held the trainings, devoted to the peculiarities of Menu arrangement and also formation and implementation of marketing tool for restaurants and hotels.
