Due to quarantine, to prevent direct contacts between employees, remote methods of registering users and editing the KSU website are being introduced.

Registration on the university network and receiving a corporate mail account

For the initial registration it is necessary to fill in the registration card and submit it for signing to the Vice-Rector for Innovation, International, Investment and Scientific and Pedagogical Work. After signing the registration card, you need to go to the information and computer center with identity documents to obtain a login and password. The first time you log in, you must change the password to your own. Check-in takes place every Tuesday from 9:00 to 15:00.

 

Remote registration in the university network and receiving a corporate mail account

For the initial registration it is necessary to fill in and send the registration card from any post office to the address Following a response from a technician, identification takes place in two ways: visual communication via Skype (contact kva_1981) or personal identification with the department's specialists. An account is then created and the original password is sent, which must be changed the first time you log in, and a mailbox is created, the name of which is communicated to the employee. To activate, go to the KSU website and click on the top left. A window will open in which you need to enter the working login and password provided by the technician. 

All other necessary rights for any university system are granted only in the presence of corporate mail account.


Password restoration

 To restore the password, you need to go to the information and computer center with identity documents.


Remote password restoration

 Restoration of the password online can be performed similarly to the procedure of remote registration without filling out the registration card using Skype or internal identification.


Getting access to the KSU website editing

 To gain access to the KSU website editing, it is necessary to write an application from the head (faculty, department, etc.) to the Vice-Rector for Innovation, International, Investment and Scientific and Pedagogical Work in free form, to provide the employee with access to the required page. For example: Please provide access to the editing page of the faculty (faculty, department) of the university to the employee (name, position).


Obtaining remote access to editing the KSU website

 If you need to get the right to edit the university website from the external network, you need to send a letter of application in free form to from corporate mail. Editing rights are granted to those who have internal editorial rights. In response to this email, the employee will send you an additional password and a link to enter edit mode. If an initial grant or change of access level is required, the required application must be sent from the corporate mail of the employee's department head.


Getting access to the payslip

To gain access to the payslip, you need to go to the department of digital infrastructure with identity documents (not remotely).


Gaining access to IAS and other systems

 To gain access to the IAS, it is necessary to write a report from the head (faculty, department, etc.) to the Vice-Rector for Innovation, International, Investment and Scientific and Pedagogical Work with the name of the employee and clearly indicate what access is needed. editing, etc.).
