All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation

"Current Issues in Preschool, Primary, and Special Education in the Context of Societal Crises"

Researchers, educators from preschool, primary, and special education institutions, representatives of related organizations, as well as master's and doctoral students, are invited to participate in the conference.

Objectives:

  • Establishing a platform for discussing urgent challenges in preschool, primary, and special education.
  • Encouraging research interest among students and young scholars.
  • Addressing new problems and trends in education amid societal crises.
  • Strengthening partnerships between academic institutions, educational organizations, governmental bodies, and international organizations to restore educational services in war-affected regions.

Working languages: Ukrainian, English.
Format: Hybrid (In-person & Online)

  1. Ensuring quality preschool education in times of instability.
  2. Modern educational practices in primary education amid uncertainty.
  3. Transforming didactic systems in the digital age.
  4. Psychological and pedagogical aspects of teacher training during wartime.

  6. Contemporary approaches to habilitation, corrective, and rehabilitation work for children with developmental disabilities.

On March 23-24, 2023, the Pedagogical Faculty of Kherson State University hosted the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Integration of Science and Practice in the Context of Modernizing Special Education in Ukraine", with the active participation of faculty members from the Department of Special Education.

Distinguished researchers and practitioners in the field of inclusive and special education were invited to participate. The conference featured a plenary session and a round table discussion on sectional topics. Speakers addressed highly relevant issues in the field of inclusive and special education, focusing on modern approaches to diagnosing, correcting, and developing children with special educational needs.
