On December 23, 2021, the accreditation group began its work on the expert evaluation of the educational and scientific program "Educational and Pedagogical Sciences" (ID in the EDBO 47702) at the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Educational Management named after Prof. Y. Petukhova. 

On November 17, a professional seminar was held for the public presentation of the dissertation results of Oleksandr Mykolayovych Kovalenko on the topic "Training Future Railway Transport Specialists in Educational Institutions of Southern Ukraine in the Mid-20th to Early 21st Century" 

At the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Educational Management named after Prof. Y. Petukhova, third-level (educational-scientific) degree students discussed the results of their scientific work for the year 2021.

A consultation for future Doctors of Philosophy in their first year of study took place on the subject "Methodology and Methods of Pedagogical Research."

A significant event for future Doctors of Philosophy was the passing of the exam for the subject "Modern Educational Technologies and Scientific Diplomacy." 

On December 20, the last Academic Council meeting of the year took place at Kherson State University, where the title of Professor was awarded to the first vice-rector Serhiy Omelchuk.

As part of the work of the "Pedagogical Research and Innovative Educational Technologies" laboratory at the Faculty of Education, a meeting was held with professors Boris Andriyevskyi, Valentyna Fedyayeva, and Lyudmyla Perminova and 4th-year PhD students Olena Pavlova and Anatoliy Pyslyar.

Dean of the Faculty of Education, Professor Lyubov Petukhova, reports on the results of her international internship within the Ukrainian-Czech project "Changes in Pedagogical Faculties and Universities in the 21st Century," which took place in Brno (Czech Republic) and at Tomas Bata University in Zlín.

As part of the celebration of the 104th anniversary of Kherson State University, a meeting took place with Professor, Doctor of the Institute of History and Political Science of the Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk (Republic of Poland), Roman Drozd, with the working group of developers of the Educational and Scientific Program "Educational and Pedagogical Sciences"
