Savings Week 2024: "Mystery of Ancient Treasures" Webinar at the Faculty of Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship, KSU

In honor of World Savings Day, students of Kherson State University participated in Savings Week 2024 under the theme "Budget – My Key SMART Habit." They attended a fascinating webinar led by Andrii Boiko-Haharinin, senior curator of the NBU Money Museum, which immersed them in the world of ancient treasures and savings traditions.

To celebrate World Savings Day, the Department of Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship at Kherson State University joined Savings Week 2024 under the theme "Budget – My Key SMART Habit." As part of the event, students attended an engaging educational webinar, "Mystery of Ancient Treasures – Origins of Savings History," presented by Andrii Boiko-Haharinin, senior curator at the NBU Money Museum.

Thanks to Mr. Andrii, attendees dove into a world of fascinating stories about treasures hidden in Ukrainian lands. During the online event, participants learned about:

  • What treasures are and why Ukrainian land is so rich with them;
  • The mystical role of treasures in our culture;
  • Sensational treasure discoveries made in modern times;
  • Savings traditions passed down from generation to generation.

The webinar was a wonderful opportunity to deepen knowledge about the historical significance of treasures and to acquire useful savings habits essential in today’s world. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Andrii Boiko-Haharinin for the informative and engaging lecture, which left our students with unforgettable impressions and new insights!
