The dissertation presents a significant contribution to the field of FinTech and automated management of financial instruments. The dissertation supervisor was Vitalii Mykolaiovych Kobets, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.

The key achievements of the research are a developed algorithm for automatic rebalancing of an investment portfolio, which uses machine learning and neural networks to improve the accuracy of asset share prediction, and an improved architecture of an automated financial consulting system with the integration of modules for price forecasting, portfolio formation, and rebalancing into a single comprehensive solution.

Serhii Oleksandrovych Savchenko has been a postgraduate student at KhSU since 2021 and is the author of 6 publications in journals indexed in the Scopus scientometric database.

The defense was held at a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council chaired by Volodymyr Serhiiovych Pyeschanenko, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at KhSU.

Based on the results of the public defense and discussion, the one-time specialized academic council unanimously decided to award Serhii Oleksandrovych Savchenko the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 12 Information Technologies, specialty 121 Software Engineering.

The council noted that the dissertation is a complete qualifying scientific work that fully meets all the requirements for awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and makes a significant contribution to the development of the FinTech field.
