During the third day of the 20th International Conference ICTERI-2025, held at Université Côte d’Azur in Nice, France, KSU researchers presented a web service useful for the real estate market.

Professor Vitalii Kobets and PhD student Konstiantyn Fedchenko presented the study titled “ML-Based Web Service for Rental Price Prediction: Architecture and Implementation for Real Estate Market.”

The research focuses on the development of a machine learning-based web service that enables forecasting of real estate rental prices. It combines modern artificial intelligence algorithms with real market needs, opening new opportunities for businesses, investors, and the public.

The presentation included:

• The system architecture;

• The approach to data collection and analysis;

• The practical implementation of the service and its application in the real estate market.
