Sainchin OS We thank Prof. Stratonov VM, because thanks to his efforts, graduate school of law has appeared and is successfully operating in our university. We wish the young scientist further achievements, scientific inspiration and achievement of new heights. And we wish our department new, promising graduate students and further development.

For the first time, our department graduates graduate students (O. Krainyukova, P. Serebryansky, I. Kovalenko), who have become part of our friendly team during the years of postgraduate studies and dissertation research. On February 26, 19 the preliminary defense of dissertations of postgraduate students of the 4th year of study in the specialty "Law" took place. At the discretion of the present students and scholars from different departments of the faculty were presented works: "The applicant as a subject of criminal procedure", "Theory and practice of refusal to maintain public prosecution", "Ensuring the safety of persons involved in criminal proceedings" (12.00.09-criminal proceedings, criminology, forensic examination, operational and investigative activities). It should be noted the proper level of work submitted for preliminary defense, because a lot of work was done under the guidance of supervisors prof. Alexander Sainchin and prof. Vasily Stratonov It is great when students reach new levels in their scientific formation.
