On 25 February and 4 March, KSU Speaking Club🗣 meetings dedicated to the cultural diversity of student communities took place.
📍The events were held within the framework of cooperation with the University of Kent and on the occasion of WorldFest 2025
KSU students together with representatives of the University of Kent - Danielle Connolly, Hayley Snoding, and international students:
✔️ shared the most important features of their own cultures and traditions,
✔️ worked in mini-groups discussing the main national holidays, dishes and family customs,
✔️ told about the most prominent people of their countries, writers and, on the occasion of International Women's Day, the contributions of outstanding women to social development.
During the meetings, everyone was able to learn something new about their own and other cultures, be inspired by great examples of resilient, ambitious and talented people and realise the importance of cultural diversity in the globalised, yet multicultural world!
Thank you all for joining us! Till next week!
