On 25 June 2026, a meeting was held with students of the Faculty of Education, focusing on opportunities for international academic mobility, exchange programmes, grants, and the prospects for studying and undertaking internships abroad during the 2026–2027 academic year.

On June 23, 2026, the Regional Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Practicing Educators "Modern Preschool Education: Current Problems, Pedagogical Searches, Experience, Development Prospects" was held at the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Today, on this warm June day, we celebrate the birthday of our alumna, and now our preschool education colleague, director of a preschool education institution, and lecturer at our faculty — Oksana Mykhailivna Romanovych.

State Certification of Higher Education Students in "Preschool Education" Takes Place

On June 18–19, 2026, the State Certification of students pursuing the first (bachelor's) level of higher education took place at the Faculty of Education of KSU.

Iryna Tsiupak, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool and Primary Education at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Kherson State University, served as a speaker at the international online event “Offline Life: How to Spend Time Enjoyably Without a Phone,” organized by EduHub in USA – the Ukrainian Educational Hub in the United States.

FANCON is Ukraine's largest pop culture festival, annually bringing together thousands of fans of contemporary art, literature, comic books, animation, cosplay, and creativity. It serves as a unique platform for communication, knowledge sharing, and the presentation of creative projects.

Today, a final assessment was held for postgraduate students in the course "Historical Aspects of the Development of Pedagogical Education."

Bullying does not happen overnight. It is preceded by indifference, an inability to defend one's own boundaries, a lack of understanding of others' feelings, and a shortage of constructive communication skills.

The world of professions is vast, but choosing a path that speaks to your heart is the first step toward a successful future. 

On May 27, 2026, a meeting of the scientific club titled “The Impact of Gadgets on a Child’s Cognitive Development” was held at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Kherson State University.

As part of the career guidance activities, Associate Professor Oksana Los of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool and Primary Education held a meeting with parents of Ukrainian schoolchildren living in Burgas, Bulgaria.

Today, on May 21, as part of the International Educational and Artistic Forum “Vyshyvanka: Education, Art, Traditions, Identity,” we celebrated the rich cultural heritage embodied in the Ukrainian embroidered shirt.

From Idea to Experiment: Master's Students Present

Today, we would like to showcase the work of our talented students majoring in Primary Education.

Anastasiia Volianiuk, a lecturer at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Kherson State University, participated in the international seminar “Migration and Acculturation: Risks and Resources for the Development of Children and Youth,” which took place on May 22–23, 2026, at the Institute of Educational Sciences of the University of Basel (Switzerland).

Today, Oksana Stenina, a Master’s student majoring in Primary Education, held a meeting with the graduates of Konotop Lyceum No. 11 in the Sumy region.

Lecturers of the Pedagogical Faculty of Kherson State University, Yevheniia Morozova and Anastasiia Volianiuk, participated in the international colloquium “Educational Innovations and Research in Ukraine and Switzerland”, held on 7–8 May 2026, where they also represented Kherson State University.

Acting Dean of the Faculty of Education at Kherson State University, Liubov Petukhova, participated in Democracy Week 2026 at the University of Agder (Norway), which served as a platform for developing international dialogue and expanding academic partnerships. The visit placed particular emphasis on prospects for cooperation in the field of teacher education and international academic mobility.
