The methodical achievements to school: preparation of the teacher-researcher in group STEM-education "Cytoecologist"

Modern reform of secondary and higher education today significantly changes the emphasis in the scientific research conducted by future teachers of biology and basics of health in the group of STEM-education "Cytoecologist". In the last few years, the share of the methodological component, which has a direct applied value, has been increasing in their research work. This is due to the fact that the educational process in modern secondary schools is increasingly in need of teachers with established research competence. The outlined aspect is not only public policy. Stakeholders of 014 Secondary Education (Biology and Human Health), the practice teachers who guide our students' practice, also pay special attention to it. Therefore, in the group of STEM - education "Cytoecologist" there is a scientific and methodological direction of research: the development of methodological support for teaching biology in school based on the results of experimental research on phytotesting of environmental factors. Depending on the methodological training and age of the group member, such methodological work has different levels of structural complexity: from the development of a number of cognitive tasks on the subject of the curriculum "Biology" to methodological recommendations for conducting experimental research work, research project within the Small Academy of Sciences. The obligatory component of the specified methodical work is carrying out of a certain educational action on the created methodical work with pupils. An example of such a study is the graduation work of 1st year undergraduate Krasnova T. It consisted of developing scientific principles of knowledge about the safety of bottled water, performing experimental research on phytotesting of this indicator in two brands of such water, developing a program "Aqua" for out-of-school educational institutions and methodical recommendations for laboratory classes based on the results obtained in the experimental search. And last week Tetyana Krasnova held an extracurricular event in the specialty during a pedagogical practice with lyceum students of the 10th grade of the Academic Lyceum. O. Mishukov on his own methodological work. Its topic is "Determination of safety of bottled water by means of phytotests". The group aroused the interest of students, who with the help of simple methods, were able to assess the safety of water brand "Morshinskaya". Good luck future teachers-researchers !!
