Subsidies for dormitory residents №2

Today, October 8, 2021, the campus together with the primary trade union organization of students and graduate students held consultations with students living in the dormitory №2 on the procedure for applying for a housing subsidy.

Practical assistance was provided in the executed documents (application for a grant and declaration). This year's innovation is the fact that students must apply to the Department of Labor and Social Protection with completed documents (such a requirement of the department). The rules for applying for a subsidy, interaction with the Office and the requirements for residents of dormitory №2 differ from the requirements for residents of dormitories №3 and №4. Therefore, the following information will be for the residents of the second dormitory. The main positive news is that it is not necessary to apply for those who already receive a subsidy.

Procedure for applying for a subsidy

Step 1 - collect documents:

1. Application for a housing subsidy;

2. Declaration;

3. Certificate-confirmation of IBAN current account (received at the bank branch);

4. Additionally for unregistered at the hostel address:

- residence agreement;

- certificate of education (order at the dean's office);

- certificate from the management at the place of registration on the absence of a subsidy;

5. Fold the documents in a cardboard folder on strings.

Step 2.

To address to management of work and social protection of the population of Suvorovsky regional in Kherson council to the address st. Mayakovsky, 8., pre-registering for an appointment by phone (0552) 223335.

It is mandatory to have a passport and a taxpayer's certificate.

Documents for the grant are accepted until November 15. We urge you not to procrastinate and contact the management as soon as possible.
