On October 21, 2017, the regional open tournament of the Special Olympics of Ukraine for basketball among athletes with intellectual and hearing disabilities in memory of coach Davydenko A.P. was held in comprehensive school No. 27 in Kherson. Students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Kateryna Dobrodiy, Valeriya Gulko, Taras Tokarev, Maksym Matskiv took part in the judging. The main judge of the competition and the coach of the deaf team (girls) was Gatsoeva Liliya Stepanivna, an associate professor of the department of medical and biological foundations of physical education and sports.
