Kherson State University Representatives Participated in the SMART-PL Project Meeting in Poland
A meeting for the ERASMUS+ SMART-PL project “Students’ Personalised Learning Model, Based on the Virtual Learning Environment of Intellectual Tutoring “Learning with No Limits”” was held in Wrocław, Poland.
As a reminder, SMART-PL is a 3-year project aimed at implementing a personalised learning model based on a virtual learning environment of intellectual tutoring, “Learning without Limits.”
The project is divided into 7 work packages related to fostering collaboration among partners to implement European experiences in personalised learning; improving university educational programs; increasing the transparency and clarity of learning and evaluation for students (including non-formal education results), reducing students’ anxiety about their professional experience, and building confidence in achieving effective results; improving the quality of learning materials; promoting student mobility, especially in a virtual mode, at the university/country level, and between universities/countries; and creating additional opportunities for obtaining higher education.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the project partners, including:

• Institute of Higher Education, National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine
• Kherson State University, Ukraine
• National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, Ukraine
Kherson State University was represented at the meeting by Yevheniia Revenko, the Head of the Department of International Initiatives and Project Management, and Tetiana Cherkashyna, the Head of the Department for Ensuring Education Quality.
During the meeting, training sessions were held on the following topics:
-Staff skills development
-Individual talent management based on problem-based learning (PBL)
-Micro-qualifications for students
-Tutoring system
-Presentation of the Teaching Enhancement Center
-Special needs of students
-Laboratory visits
There was also a presentation of the university's infrastructure.
This was the first offline meeting of the project participants, which provided an opportunity to meet in person and discuss the progress of the project’s implementation.
