For scientific and pedagogical workers, international activities and academic mobility are an important component of improving qualifications and the level of pedagogical skills. In particular, it is an opportunity to join the educational process of another institution of higher education in a face-to-face format, establish contacts and be inspired by new ideas. On October 23-25, 2023, the teacher of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Preschool and Elementary Education, Anastasiia Volianiuk, completed an internship at the Pomeranian University on the basis of the Institute of Pedagogy (Slupsk, Republic of Poland). Academic mobility was carried out under the Erasmus+ program in order to promote personal development, exchange knowledge, study and research methods, and gain work experience in the European space.

Anastasia adapted the author's works for teaching in English, conducted a series of lectures and training classes on the author's discipline "Motivational Management" for students of the Institute of Pedagogy, conducted a study of their motivational sphere, in particular, motivation to study and motivation to achieve success. Also, with the support of the head of the Department of Psychology of the Pomeranian University, Maria Alexandrovych, the KSU teacher joined the volunteer activities of the Institute of Pedagogy, visiting an orphanage in the city of Ustka, and the artistic life of the city of Slupsk at the Vernissage of the artist-pedagogue K. Zaborovska.
We thank Kherson State University for systematic cooperation with foreign institutions of higher education, thanks to which our teachers have the opportunity to gain such important experience.
