From November 12 to 18, Kateryna Kotrubenko, the head of the trade union committee of students and post-graduate students of KSU, a 4th-year student in the specialty 016 Special Education, took part in the International Summer School at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. This educational event brought together active representatives of student self-governments of higher education institutions from different parts of Ukraine.
During the summer school, university representatives considered the following issues:
🖇️The structure of Adam Mickiewicz University and its history;
🖇️Student Council for PhD Students;
🖇️The structure of the student council of the university and their activities in various directions;
🖇️Communication with ESN representatives.

Interaction with representatives of different universities of Ukraine was especially useful for Kateryna and the pedagogical faculty, because each higher education institution has its own structure of work under martial law. All representatives had one thing in common - the desire to make student life active and bright, despite all the difficulties.
Such experience will help in the organization of interesting events and promotions at KhSU and at the Pedagogical Faculty, as well as contribute to the preparation of joint projects with representatives of other universities.
Kateryna notes: "Thank you to Kherson State University for the opportunity to gain such experience, great gratitude to the University named after Adam Mickiewicz and Kostyantyn Mazur for organizing the event and to all the speakers who were very sincere and friendly! I am grateful to everyone for this experience in a difficult time and for this magical journey into the world of new knowledge and opportunities."
