The Natolin scholarship program is funded by the EU and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania within the framework of the EU4YOUTH – Phase III Youth Employment project, and
Entrepreneurship program Scholarship Scheme for Eastern Partners at the College of Europe in Natolin. year).

The Natolin Scholarship Program is a new 8-month non-degree professional development program that can help develop professional skills, increase the employability and personal development of young professionals, and ultimately open up access to different perspectives and knowledge sharing, engaging, for opportunities, young
people with fewer opportunities.
The program is an ideal platform for young professionals who aspire to contribute to the progress of their countries by building human capital.
The offer of the Natolin scholarship program includes:
➢ An 8-month, non-degree, professional and employment-oriented program for young people from Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia,
designed for individuals who have a sustained educational and professional interest in European affairs; the program will be divided into two phases and will be supported by dedicated mentors:
1. modules based on knowledge and skills in traditional, mixed and electronic learning formats;
2. and internship/training in a virtual or mixed format to acquire practical skills in a specialized professional environment;
➢ Financial support for all admitted participants in the form of targeted scholarships.
Requirements that are necessary to become a participant in the Natolin scholarship program:
✓ Academic Status: Applicant must be enrolled in a graduate program or be a recent graduate of a graduate program in Ukraine, Moldova, or Georgia within 12 months from
graduation
✓ Relevant university degree: The applicant must have a Bologna Master's degree or its equivalent (240 ECTS); for postgraduate graduates - a doctor of philosophy degree awarded by universities or other educational institutions in Ukraine, Moldova or Georgia. This may include joint or dual master's / doctoral programs developed by universities from Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia in cooperation with other institutions in Europe.
✓ Knowledge of language: The applicant must be fluent in English (not lower than B1 level according to the Common European Recommendations on Language Education (CEFR));

✓ Academic education: The applicant must obtain a scientific degree / pursue a career in the field of European affairs, political science, international relations, economics, law, history, journalism, languages.
✓ Areas of interest: The applicant must have a deep interest in the European Union and European affairs, politics and relations with neighboring countries, the transformation of the Eastern Partnership, relations between the countries of the Eastern Partnership, etc.
✓ Availability: The Natolin scholarship program is scheduled to start in June / July 2024 and will last until January / February 2025 (about 8 months). Participants are required to be in person throughout the duration of the program.

Financial support
• Each participant will receive a stipend of 1,197 euros per month for eight months; the total amount will be €9,576 (per diem allowance, other allowances and relevant staff income taxes, if applicable).
• All accepted participants are expected to provide their own food and accommodation.
• Travel expenses to the home country and back will be co-financed by a travel grant in the amount not exceeding 530 euros.
• Each accepted participant will be awarded up to €1,000 to participate in an international conference and/or local research trips.
• Insurance costs for the entire program period are covered by the College of Europe in Natolin.
• All participants will be provided with special training, as well as comfortable and well-equipped office premises for the implementation of program activities.
