French government scholarships for the academic year 2024/2025
The French government offers scholarships for the 2024–2025 academic year to support Ukrainian students pursuing higher education in France. These scholarships are available for various levels of study, including the second year of a Master's program (Master 2) and, in some cases, the third and fourth years of a Bachelor's program.
Scholarship Details:- Duration: 4 to 9 months during the 2024–2025 academic year.- Monthly Stipend: €860.- Fields of Study: Open to all disciplines.
Eligibility Criteria:- Ukrainian citizenship.- Age up to 35 years.- Current enrollment in a Ukrainian higher education institution (at least in the first year of a Master's program) or possession of a Master's degree from a Ukrainian institution.- Residence in Ukraine at the time of application.- Admission or preliminary admission letter from a French higher education institution. If unavailable, evidence of contact with the institution is required.
Selection Criteria:- High academic performance.- Well-defined and justified study project with clear professional orientation.- Proficiency in French (B1 or B2 level, preferably certified by DELF/DALF) and/or English, depending on the study project and the requirements of the host institution. Language proficiency may be assessed during the selection interview.
