During the class, the classification of coffee beans according to their countries of origin and their flavor profiles was thoroughly examined. Additionally, Valentina Burak addressed equipment, methods, and techniques for heat processing coffee beans.
Following the main part of the class, a virtual tour was conducted, allowing participants to become acquainted with the practical aspects of coffee roasting. The event concluded with a comparative tasting of different coffee varieties, enabling participants to experience the distinct flavor nuances firsthand.
