On the occasion of the 107th anniversary of Kherson State University, Dr. Kateryna Syniakova, Head of the Global MBA program and researcher at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, gave an open lecture on Human Resource Management in an International Context. The lecture was held in English, included interactive exercises and discussion of the peculiarities of working with human resources in international organizations.
To celebrate the 107th anniversary of Kherson State University, the Faculty of Business and Law organized an international event. Dr. Kateryna Syniakova, who is a researcher at Cologne University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany, and an associate professor at the Department of Economics and Management of KSU, gave an open lecture on the current issues of human resource management in the international environment, as well as the peculiarities of working with employees from different cultures.During the lecture, students gained useful knowledge about the process of human resources management in international companies, and also took part in a number of interactive exercises that helped them to experience the specifics of intercultural interaction in practice.In conclusion, Kateryna shared her experience of working with international students in European countries, emphasizing the importance of learning foreign languages for career development.This format of the event allowed the students not only to deepen their knowledge in the field of human resources management, but also to acquire new practical skills necessary for successful work in a global environment.
