Partner Universities of the Academies4Ukraine Project Present a Documentary on Academic Resilience
On December 5, a meeting of the partners of the Academies4Ukraine project under the Erasmus+ program took place. The moderator was Gianluca Vagnarelli, founder of i-strategies, the coordinating organization of the project in which Kherson State University (KSU) participates.
KSU was represented by Veronika Denysenko (Vice-Rector), Yevheniia Revenko (Head of the International Initiatives and Project Management Department), and Oksana Kazakova (Head of the Press Center).
Mr. Gianluca reported that in November, he had the opportunity to participate in the Info Days of the Italian Erasmus+ agency in Naples, where he presented the Academies4Ukraine project as a successful case of international academic cooperation.
During the meeting, the partners summarized the joint activities of the past year and discussed future actions within the project.
In 2025, partners plan to organize presentations of a documentary film on the academic resilience of Ukrainian universities. These presentations aim to widely share the experiences of resilience and cooperation that Ukrainian universities—project participants—have demonstrated since russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Yevheniia Revenko noted that Kherson State University is ready to host presentations in various formats, including at its Ivano-Frankivsk office and online. The university intends to involve KSU’s academic community, partner universities from other international projects, the general public, and government representatives.
The meeting also covered the stages of implementing other project activities.
The Academies4Ukraine project is implemented by KSU in collaboration with the University of Helsinki, Riga Technical University, Odesa National Technological University, and Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University.
