Kherson State University faculty members were informed about internship opportunities within the Bridge USA Ukrainian Academic Fellows Program
On 12 December, Kherson State University hosted a meeting about the Bridge USA Ukrainian Academic Fellows Program. This program provides a one-month fully funded internship at HEI in the US.
During the event, project coordinator Yuliia Piskorska presented the conditions for participation in the program. Daria Malchykova, Vice-Rector of Kherson State University, also shared her experience of interning at Harvard University as part of the program this autumn. Other participants from the program's first cohort also shared their impressions.
‘’Faculty members working in fields that are important for the reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine are eligible to participate. These include: agricultural technology, conflict resolution and peace studies, engineering, information technology, mental health, pedagogy, urban planning (including architecture), environmental policy and management, health and medicine during war”, – said Daria Malchykova.
The application deadline is 5 January 2025.

The speakers invited everyone interested to apply and try their hand at this unique program for developing cooperation between Ukraine and America, supported by the American Councils for International Education.
