Kherson State University

The internship, which will last until May 10, 2025, includes 7 training modules and covers 180 academic hours (6 ECTS credits). The program provides for 42 hours of online classes, during which participants will master modern digital teaching technologies, interactive learning methods, student psychology and self-development skills, as well as 138 hours of independent work.

As noted by the organizers, representatives of universities from almost all regions of Ukraine, as well as colleagues from Polish educational institutions, take part in the internship.

Main topics of the internship:

📌 Digital educational technologies: participants learn about modern learning process management platforms (LMS, Google Classroom), methods of material visualization (Canva, Prezi, Mentimeter) and interactive educational resources (Kahoot, WizerMe).
📌 Tools for teacher self-development: decision-making (methods "Descartes Quadrant", "5 Whys"), time management, prevention of professional burnout.
📌 Psychology of the modern student: student motivation, activation of cognitive interest, features of distance learning.
📌 Basics of the Polish language: basic skills for international communication and interaction with Polish educational institutions.
📌 Final module: presentation of a personal professional development plan and educational projects.

Expected results:
🔹 Mastering digital technologies for organizing the educational process.
🔹 Formation of practical skills in creating interactive educational materials.
🔹 Development of communication competencies, including basic Polish language skills.

The internship is organized with the support of the Higher School of Social and Economic Studies (Przeworsk, Poland) and the European Association for Innovative Education. We wish the participants productive learning, inspiration and successful completion of the internship!
